Iron (Astrophysics)
Strongest bound nucleus.
Iron’s atomic number is 26. It turned out that the gematrical value of word Iron in Arabic “حديد” is 26.
Naturally occurring iron consists of four stable isotopes 54Fe, 56Fe, 57Fe and 58Fe. One of them, 57, has the same number of chapter “Iron” in the Quran. It also turned-out that the gematrical value of the chapters name “الْحَدِيدَ” is 57.
We sent Our messengers with the clear proofs, and We sent down with them the Book and the Balance, that humanity may uphold justice. And We sent down iron, in it great might, and benefits for humanity. That Allah may know who supports Him and His messengers invisibly. Allah is Strong and Powerful.
٢٥ لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلَنَا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَنْزَلْنَا مَعَهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْمِيزَانَ لِيَقُومَ النَّاسُ بِالْقِسْطِ ۖ وَأَنْزَلْنَا الْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ وَرُسُلَهُ بِالْغَيْبِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ

Allah saved Pharaoh’s body because PHARAOH COULD NOT FLOAT. And since Allah saved his body then no mummy should be missing today. No mistakes in the Quran.
Mountains (Geology)
Have roots.
The highest point on Earth is in the Himalayas at Mount Everest 8.8 km high. It turned out that this mountain has roots about 250 km deep.
The larger Asian plate forced the Indian plate deep into the mantle – a process called subduction – sinking it at least 155 miles (250 kilometers) down under the surface, a new study in the May edition of the journal Geology suggests. This plunge is double the depth of previous estimates.

Mountains have roots. This was known recently, however this was portrayed in the Quran 1400 years before it was discovered.

Dead Sea (Hydrology)
Lowest point on Earth.
After the Romans were defeated by the Persians the Quran correctly predicted that they will be victorious again. This battle took place near the Dead Sea.
The Romans were defeated in the lowest of land and they will be, after this defeat, victorious again
٢ غُلِبَتِ الرُّومُ
٣ فِي أَدْنَى الْأَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ
Adna in Arabic أَدْنَى has two meanings: the nearest and the lowest. Today we know that the Dead Sea is the lowest point on Earth (423 m or 1388 ft. below sea level).
Mosquito (Zoology)
Have their own parasites.
There are flying parasites that suck the blood from mosquitoes.

Allah does not shy away from making an example of a mosquito and what is above it. As for those who believe, they know that it is the Truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, “What did Allah intend by this example?” He leads astray many thereby, and He guides many thereby; but He misleads thereby only the evildoers.”
٢٦ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي أَنْ يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَا بَعُوضَةً فَمَا فَوْقَهَا ۚ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَيَقُولُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلًا ۘ يُضِلُّ بِهِ كَثِيرًا وَيَهْدِي بِهِ كَثِيرًا ۚ وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِ إِلَّا الْفَاسِقِينَ
“Mosquito and what is above it” this is a parasite on a mosquito. Bauda in Arabic ” بعوضة ” is female mosquito. So the Quran is referring to female mosquito that has parasite.
Human Embryo (Embryology)
Attaches to mother to feed.
The embryo attaches itself to the mother to feed, just like a leech attaches itself to a host to feed.

Then We developed the semen into a leech. Then We developed the leech into a lump. Then We developed the lump into bones. Then We clothed the bones with flesh. Then We produced it into another creature. Most Blessed is Allah, the Best of Creators.
١٤ ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا النُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْعَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْمُضْغَةَ عِظَامًا فَكَسَوْنَا الْعِظَامَ لَحْمًا ثُمَّ أَنْشَأْنَاهُ خَلْقًا آخَرَ ۚ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ

Chlorophyll Fluorescence
The development of fluorometers allowed chlorophyll fluorescence analysis to become a common method in plant research.

This was known recently, however it was portrayed in the Quran 1400 years before it was discovered. In chapter “The Light” olive oil emits light without fire.
Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The allegory of His light is that of a pillar on which is a lamp. The lamp is within a glass. The glass is like a brilliant planet, fueled by a blessed tree, an olive tree, neither eastern nor western. Its oil would almost illuminate, even if no fire has touched it. Light upon Light. Allah guides to His light whomever He wills. Allah thus cites the parables for the people. Allah is cognizant of everything.
٣٥ اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ مَثَلُ نُورِهِ كَمِشْكَاةٍ فِيهَا مِصْبَاحٌ ۖ الْمِصْبَاحُ فِي زُجَاجَةٍ ۖ الزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوْكَبٌ دُرِّيٌّ يُوقَدُ مِنْ شَجَرَةٍ مُبَارَكَةٍ زَيْتُونَةٍ لَا شَرْقِيَّةٍ وَلَا غَرْبِيَّةٍ يَكَادُ زَيْتُهَا يُضِيءُ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَمْسَسْهُ نَارٌ ۚ نُورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ ۗ يَهْدِي اللَّهُ لِنُورِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
“Its oil would almost illuminate, even if no fire has touched it” this is light without fire. Today we know what it is, Chlorophyll fluorescence.
“Light upon light” today we know that we can only see a small part of the spectrum. The rest of the spectrum we cannot see but it is all light.
Planetary Orbits (Astronomy)
All stars and planets have orbits.
For centuries it was believed that Earth is fixed and the sun, moon and planets revolve around it. However 1400 years ago the Quran said that not only the sun and moon but also Earth moves in a designated path:
[Allah] Created the heavens and the Earth in truth. He overlaps the night over the day and overlaps the day over the night, and enslaved the sun and the moon, ALL MOVE to a prerecorded destiny. Is He not the Exalted, the Forgiver?
٥ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ يُكَوِّرُ اللَّيْلَ عَلَى النَّهَارِ وَيُكَوِّرُ النَّهَارَ عَلَى اللَّيْلِ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۗ أَلَا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ
Here the Quran is referring to ALL MOVING: not only the sun and moon but also Earth. In Arabic grammar there is difference between the singular (one), binary (two) and plural (three or more). The reference to binary is “Kulahuma Yajreean كلاهما يجريان” however the Quran said “Kullon yajree كل يجري” referring to the plural (three or more). Since the sun and moon are just two but the Quran is referring to three or more then according to the Quran all the three move sun, moon and Earth.
And the sky that returns.
١١ وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِ
“Al-rajeh الرَّجْعِ” means returns to the same location. Today we know that all planets return to the same locations in their respective orbits.
Speed Of Light (Physics)
12000 Lunar Orbits/Earth Day.
Muslims believe that angels are low density creatures, and that God created them originally from light. They move at any speed from zero up to the speed of light. It is the angels who carry out God’s orders. Those angels take their orders from a Preserved Tablet somewhere in outer space, and not from God’s Throne. They commute to and from this Preserved Tablet to get their orders from God. In the following verse, the Quran describes how angels travel when they commute to and from this Tablet. And the speed at which they commute to and from this Tablet turned out to be the known speed of light:
(Allah) Rules the cosmic affair from the heavens to the Earth. Then this affair travels to Him a distance in one day, at a measure of one thousand years of what you count.
٥ يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
It is the angels who carry out these orders. Those people back then measured the distances neither in kilometers nor in miles but rather by how much time they needed to walk. For example, a village two days away meant a distance equivalent to walking for two days; ten days away meant a distance equivalent to walking for ten days… However in this verse the Quran specifies 1000 years of what they counted (not what they walked). Those people back then followed the lunar calendar and counted 12 lunar months each year. These months are related to the moon and not related to the sun. Hence in 1 day the angels will travel a distance of 1000 years of what they counted (the moon). Since this verse is referring to distance, then God is saying that angels travel in one day the same distance that the moon travels in 12000 lunar orbits. We discovered that when the geocentric frame is inertial 12000 Lunar Orbits/Earth Day is equivalent to the Speed of Light.
Primordial Smoke (Cosmology)
Right after the Big Bang.
The Christian Bible says that in the beginning God said “Let there be light” (Genesis 1:3). However this turned out to be false. After the Big Bang the universe was opaque and photons couldn’t travel at all.
The first 380,000 years the universe was opaque to visible light (non-transparent) and photons couldn’t travel at all. Few minutes after the Big Bang the universe was primarily Hydrogen and Helium. But when a gas is too hot it becomes ionized (loses the electrons) and becomes opaque (like today’s smoke). In the beginning the universe was opaque to visible light. It took 380,000 years for the universe to cool enough, and only then it became transparent to visible light. For other wavelengths it was opaque for a billion years.
How the Early Universe Cleared Away the Fog
About 300,000 years after the big bang, the universe was like a smoke-filled chamber from which light could not escape. By the time the universe was a billion years old, the smoke – actually a gas of light-trapping hydrogen – had cleared almost entirely, allowing stars and galaxies to become visible. But exactly what cut through the haze has been one of the big questions in astrophysics. Now, by analyzing images taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, researchers have come close to confirming their best guess: the smoke was cleared away by a blaze of ultraviolet radiation from the earliest galaxies.
So “Let there be light” of the Christian Bible turned out to be false. However the Quran correctly said that in the beginning it was SMOKE, that is, a hot non-transparent gas.
Then He directed himself to the Heaven when it was SMOKE, and then said to it and to Earth: “Come willingly or by force” they said “We do come willingly”
١١ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْأَرْضِ ائْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا قَالَتَا أَتَيْنَا طَائِعِينَ
“Dukhan دُخَانٌ” means smoke. Today we know that this is correct. No mistakes in the Quran.
